Yoel Polack
Founder & Principal
Prior to founding Chariot Equities in 2024, Yoel served on the healthcare real estate team at Simone Development, a leading real estate developer in the Greater New York City area. During his tenure at Simone, he was involved in numerous healthcare projects, playing a key role in ambulatory care facility development. In his position, Yoel oversaw all aspects of the commercial real estate development and investment process. He began his career at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll), an international valuation advisory firm.
